The college has been notified that our members of the PPTA (Post Primary Teachers Association) are to attend a Union Meeting. This meeting will be held on Wednesday, 26th June 2019 at 1.30pm. As a result, school will finish at 12.35pm on that day.
As the majority of the teaching staff are PPTA members there will not be sufficient staff to carry on the usual teaching programme. There will be supervision by non-PPTA members of students remaining at the school for whom no alternative arrangements can be made.
Auckland Transport no longer organise buses for an earlier departure time. Those students using buses can either catch the public buses or wait at school until 3.20pm for the usual departure time of the school buses.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this contracted Union Meeting.
