It's important that members of groups understand their responsibilities, so to clarify,

Students will: 

• attend practice regularly 
• take their position in the group seriously and support the whole team
• treat all members respectfully 
• notify, in advance where possible, the teacher in charge if an absence is going to occur 
• explain, an absence when prior notification has not been given. 
• if an unscheduled rehearsal is required, parents will be notified in advance by the teacher in charge.
