Physio Appointments for Students

If you wish to book your child for a physio appointment at school, the new procedures are:

  • Parents/caregivers are to phone Physio Rehab Group (PRG) directly on (09) 528 6400 to request an appointment at school for your child.
  • PRG will then email a consent form to the parent/caregiver to sign and return via email.
  • PRG will book the appointment under Glendowie College in their system and email the appointment details to school the day before treatment, so the appointment reminders will go out to the students on the day of treatment.
  • Please note, even though treatments fall under ACC and most of the cost is met, there is a shortfall that is required to be paid by the parent/caregiver to PRG. The charge will range between $10-$20 and this will be invoiced by PRG directly to the parent/caregiver for payment.
